Delivery Information
UK Delivery - Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands
The standard delivery charge on most orders is £10.00 GBP. Goods will be sent by UK courier to the address you specify, either from ourselves or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor. On rare occasions we might have to split your order into multiple deliveries due to dispatch locations.
Delivery will usually be within 48 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends).
Certain items may take longer than this but should there be any significant delay we will contact you with the details and offer you the option of cancelling your order.
Scottish Highlands/Islands & Isles of Scilly
The standard delivery charge on most orders is £18.00 GBP. Goods will be send by UK courier to the address you specify, either from ourselves or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor. On rare occasions we might have to split your order into multiple deliveries due to dispatch locations.
Delivery will usually take 2-3 working days (excluding weekends)
Certain items may take longer than this but should there be any significant delay we will contact you with the details and offer you the option of cancelling your order.
Northern Ireland/Ireland
The standard delivery charge for small orders is £18.00 GBP. Most of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Checkout delivery charges apply only for small items that can be sent as a small parcel.
Delivery will usually be within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends).
For larger items please contact us via email for a cost on shipping larger items are quoted to order.

PLEASE BE ADVISED SOME ITEMS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE US WITH A EORI NUMBER AND XI NUMBER TO BE ABLE TO SHIP.
Isle of Man
The standard delivery charge for small orders is £24.00 GBP. Goods will be send by UK courier to the address you specify, either from ourselves or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor. On rare occasions we might have to split your order into multiple deliveries due to dispatch locations.

International Delivery
Checkout delivery charges apply to UK mainland only. For overseas please note we are unable to ship directly to internal addresses.
We can offer quotes based on EXW works so you can arrange collection from us if you wish to use your own preferred courier.
Dispatch Schedule
When goods are in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm (GMT) the same day. Any order received after that time will be dispatched the next working day.
A signature will be required for all goods at the point of delivery.
